General conditions for your booking

Booking

  • You can book via email or telephone.
  • To confirm your booking, a payment deposit is required.

Deposit

  • To be paid in cash, bank transfer, credit card or postal order.
  • A deposit of €150.00 per person, excluding children, is requested.
  • The deposit must be paid within 10 days of the booking. If the deposit has not been received within 10 days, the booking will be cancelled.
  • Please enter the following as a description: “Confirmatory deposit, period of stay and name of the person on the booking”.

Cancellation policy

  • In the case of cancellation at least 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit is held valid for a stay of equal duration to be agreed with the management in the next 12 months.
  • If cancellation takes places less than 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be withheld.

Check-in e check-out

  • Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 10:00 on the day of departure.
  • Rooms are available after 14:00, and where arrival is expected after 20:00, we would be grateful if you would notify us beforehand.

Payment for the stay

  • The balance for the stay is due the evening before departure, before 22:00.
  • The following payment methods are accepted: cash, bank cheques, credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer if completed 7 days before departure.
  • Accepted credit cards: visa, cartasì, mastercard.
  • In the case of postponed arrival or early departure, only the cost of the empty beds will be charged.
